Texas Reptiles International Terms of Sale
1. Customer pays all shipping costs.
2. $10.00 charge per 16x16x8" insulated shipping box & $15.00 per larger insulated shipping box.
3. $400 minimum order. This is a wholesale only, distributor list intended for retail sellers only.
4. Live arrival is guaranteed on all shipments with the following conditions:
a. air cargo shipments must be picked up within 4 hours of arrival;
b. any DOA claim must be called in or emailed to info@txreptiles.com within 24 hours of arrival;
c. the live arrival guarantee is void if there is a delay or mishandling of the shipment by the shipping carrier;
d. on any Fed Ex shipment, you must accept the delivery of the shipment on the first delivery attempt made by Fed Ex otherwise the live arrival guarantee is void; and
e although all shipments are packed with ice or heat packs as necessary, there is no guarantee of live arrival on any shipment sent through or to a destination with a temperature below 40 degrees F or above 85 degrees F.
5. I do not give any credit for small, minor cosmetic issues such as a missing scale or toe nail. If you are unsatisfied with an animal you receive, you may ship it back to me at your expense
for credit on your next order.
6.NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY OR IMPLIED WARRANTY or REPRESENTATION CONCERNING ANY ANIMAL IS MADE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
7. In accordance with FDA regulations, all turtles & tortoise under four inches (4”) are for scientific, educational or export purposes only. They are not sold for use as pets
8. Seller is not responsible for scratches, stings, bites or any injury inflicted upon any person or other animals by any of the animals we sell. BUYER assumes all responsibility for scratches, stings, bites or any injury inflicted upon any person or other animals by any of the animal(s) buyer purchases from us.
9.Seller is not responsible for the transmission to any person or other animal of parasites, viruses or bacteria which may be harbored by any of the animals we sell. BUYER assumes all responsibility for the transmission to any person or other animal of parasites, viruses or bacteria which may be harbored by any of the animals BUYER purchases from us.
10.All invoices are to be prepaid or are due upon receipt. A 2% interest fee will be charge per month for any invoice pass thirty days. BUYER will be responsible for all legal fees and expenses incurred by us in any endeavor to collect pass due invoices.
